
When I check input/output devices under sound settings, it detects nothing as well, but would make sense with the Audio Services down. My drives are in good health, checked those with Crystal Disk Info as a friend had recommended it to me. Another forum mentioned date and time being an issue for this error message, but that is set as it should be. I am the only account on this computer with administrative permissions, and have full control. I did all that, but when I tried to start the "Windows Audio" service back up, I got the error message "Windows could not start the Windows Audio service on Local Computer.

So looked around online, found something on the Windows Community site with a solution. Clicked on it, tried troubleshooting, and it gives the response "Problems Found, one or more audio service isn't running".
